We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item purchased from hubbpa.com. Here's our return policy to guide you through the process:

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
a. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original labels attached and in the original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions may result in fees and no refund issued.
b. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that your request is made within this time frame, as overdue requests may not be approved.
c. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
d. Customized products cannot be returned, as they are tailored to your specifications.
e. In case of missing or damaged items in your package, keep the outer packaging for verification purposes.

Return/Exchange Process:

Step 1: Initiate the Request
Please contact our customer service representatives at sale@hubbpa.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Follow Instructions
Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will send you detailed return/exchange instructions via email. Kindly follow these instructions to proceed.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund within one week or initiate the exchange, as per your preference. An email notification will be sent to you regarding the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically take 5 to 15 business days to reflect. If you don't receive your refund within 30 days, please contact us via email.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at sale@hubbpa.com and provide your order number along with the reason for cancellation.

a. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and not yet shipped, will receive a full refund.
b. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped, will receive a partial refund after a 15% cancellation fee deduction. (Customized products cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of purchase.)
c. We cannot accommodate order cancellations once the items have been shipped. In such cases, you can initiate a return once you receive the package.
d. Refunds for cancelled orders are generally processed within 5 to 15 business days. If you don't receive your refund within 30 days, please reach out to us via email.
